What is the Processing Fee?

The processing fee covers the cost of running our platform — from tech and product handling to delivery and support. It helps us keep everything smooth and reliable.

What are the components of the Processing Fee?

The processing fee includes payment processing, order verification, packaging, quality checks, and customer support costs associated with fulfilling your purchase.

Why am I supposed to pay a shipping fee?

Shipping fees cover secure packaging, insured transit, and delivery to your address. Free shipping promotions, when available, are applied automatically at checkout.

Can I get a replacement for the product I’ve ordered?

Yes. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

Can I return a part of my order?

Partial returns are accepted when an order includes multiple items. Each item is evaluated individually against our return policy before a refund or exchange is processed.

What is the pick-up process for the return of a product?

Once your return is approved, we schedule a courier pick-up from your address. You will receive confirmation with the pick-up date and any packaging instructions.

How do I track the status of a product I have returned?

After pick-up, you will receive tracking updates by email and SMS. You can also contact our support team with your return reference number for the latest status.

Why was my return request rejected?

Returns may be rejected if the item shows signs of use beyond inspection, is missing tags or accessories, or falls outside the eligible return window. We will explain the reason by email.

When are refunds possible?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Eligible refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of inspection completion.

How will I know that my refund has been initiated?

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

I still haven’t received my refund. Why?

If your refund confirmation email is older than 10 business days and the amount has not posted, contact us with your order number and we will trace the payment with our finance team.
